Once your Outdoor Build Blueprint is complete, Interior/Exterior Design brings the build to life: layout refinement, aesthetic direction, and the details that shape how the space feels, moves, and photographs.
This is where your event stops being a logistics plan and becomes an experience.
Optional add-on: Interior/Exterior Design builds on your Blueprint. The listed rate is for the 3-part package including Property Reality Check & Outdoor Build Blueprint.
(You can book it alone ($795) if you're able to furnish us with all the specs of the space(s)/tent(s) you'll be utilizing.)

How it works (included)

Design Intake
You’ll complete a short intake that focuses only on your aesthetic, vision and priorities, and how you want the space to feel. You don’t need measurements or technical details—your Blueprint already handles that. -
Design Direction Call (30 minutes)
We walk through your style preferences, décor inspiration photos, and the atmosphere you want for your event. You paint the picture; I translate it into a cohesive interior plan aligned to your budget. -
Design Plan Prepared
I compile a polished PDF with layout refinement, and styling guidance including palette recommendations complete with vendor shopping lists and the key decisions your on-site vendors will need for execution. -
Working Session (45 minutes)
We review everything together, finalize decisions, and lock your next steps—so you’re ready to move forward confidently with a clear, cohesive interior direction.
What you need to do (very little)
Just bring your vision—colors you love, inspiration images, what you want guests to feel when they walk in. I’ll ask the right questions, and your Blueprint provides the technical backbone so this phase feels intuitive, creative and fun.
FAQ
Can I purchase this without a Blueprint?
Yes, but it works best after the Blueprint, when site logistics and placement are already established.
Is this full-scale event design?
No. This is the conceptual and functional design of the interior build—layout, palette, styling, and vendor-ready direction. Full-production design (fabrication, custom builds, etc.) is not included.
Does this include our actual linens or décor rentals?
No, but I provide tailored recommendations and sourcing guidance so you can select pieces confidently (or rent from our recommended brands with exclusive WeddHead discounts where applicable).
Do you handle communication with vendors?
No. I equip you with the decisions, shopping lists, and scripts so you give your vendors exactly what they need to execute. You remain the primary point of contact (unless you'd like to add WeddHead Vendor Management through our "Sprint" offering. Typically, one sprint per vendor is sufficient.)
