This offering includes the Property Audit as the foundation—so the Blueprint is grounded in real constraints, not wishful thinking.
Interior Design can be added, but it’s optional (you can absolutely do the Blueprint without it).

We translate your event into a workable plan across the pieces that make or break outdoor builds:

How it works (included)

  1. Intake (after checkout)
    You’ll receive a short intake form that makes this easy: I ask the right questions to capture the details the plan needs—without you having to know what matters. You’ll simply describe your vision, your priorities, and what you want the day to feel like.

  2. Discovery Call (30 minutes)
    We talk through your property, your guest count range, your must-haves, and your non-negotiables. If anything important is unclear, I’ll tell you exactly what I need to know—and why—so we’re never guessing.

  3. Blueprint prepared
    I do the heavy lifting: translating your vision + site realities into a clear Blueprint PDF with layout, notes, and a vendor-ready handoff summary.

  4. Working session (45 minutes)
    We’ll walk through your roadmap together, answer questions, make final decisions, and lock priorities and next steps—so you can move forward with clarity and a plan that’s actionable in real life.


What you need to do (spoiler: not much)

Bring your guest-count range, your date (or date range), and a clear picture of what you want the day to look and feel like. From there, my value is knowing what to ask and what to catch—crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s so the plan works when vendors show up and the clock is running.


Optional add-on: Interior Design (if you want it)

Interior Design can be layered onto your Blueprint if you want help with the visual plan inside the build (layout refinement, styling direction, sourcing guidance, and a cohesive look). It’s not required for a strong, build-ready Blueprint. 

Optional next step (with upgrade protection)
Outdoor Build Blueprint stands on its own. If, after seeing your Blueprint, you decide you’d like help with the Interior Design layer (styling direction + interior layout), you can add it within 14 days and we’ll honor the discounted package pricing for combining Blueprint + Interior Design. We’ll apply what you’ve already invested toward the combined path so you’re not paying twice for the same work.


FAQ

Is this full wedding planning?
No—this is outdoor build strategy and site-specific layout planning. It’s designed to give you the clarity and vendor-ready direction most couples need to execute confidently.

Is this stamped engineering, permitting, or utility locating?
No. This is a planning blueprint grounded in feasibility (via PRC). If you need utility locating or other licensed services, I’ll point you to the correct resource.

Do I have to add Interior Design?
Not at all. The Build Blueprint stands on its own. Interior Design is available only if you want it.

What if I decide I want Interior Design after the Blueprint?
You don’t have to decide everything up front. If you add Interior Design within 14 days of receiving your Blueprint, we’ll honor the discounted bundle price and credit your prior payment accordingly.
