About Us

A Note from our Founder, Jolie

WeddHead was built around two things I believe in—almost obsessively: biophilic (nature-inspired) design and the power of gathering with your people.

Outdoor weddings aren’t just “pretty.” They’re felt differently. Nature has a way of softening the edges—people arrive and exhale. Natural light supports mood and well-being, and it’s one of the reasons outdoor weddings photograph so beautifully. Socially, something shifts too: time outside invites more connection—which is exactly the point of gathering in the first place.

And then there’s the real reason you’re doing this: all of your people, in one place—especially a place that means something to you. It’s a true once-in-a-lifetime pause where past and present meet—old friends, new chapters, chosen family and childhood roots. It’s the rare kind of day where stories bounce across tables and you look around and realize: this will never happen in quite this way again.

Why WeddHead Exists

Outdoor weddings are worth the extra effort—but they’re also less forgiving when details are missed. I’ve executed outdoor events in the real world for decades—nearly 100,000+ hours on the front lines personally—from site walks to buildouts to strike. Even experienced, reputable planners lean on me specifically for the outdoor facets their clients’ celebrations depend on.

But I built WeddHead as a consultancy, not a full-service planning firm. Not to take over your wedding—to give you strategy, clarity, and industry insight so you can plan confidently without the five-figure price tag of full-service planning.

And I built it virtually so geography doesn’t gatekeep sound guidance.

The Moment It Clicked

The moment I bought WeddHead.com—so I could help as many couples as possible—was right after I hung up with a couple whose wedding I was called in to try to salvage in the eleventh hour.

They had been steered toward vendors that were clearly the wrong fit because a referral-fee arrangement (“kickback”) existed behind the scenes. That dynamic is becoming increasingly common—and in their case it created a cascade of high-stakes, entirely preventable issues.

We did salvage it. But it cost them an immense amount of stress and $5,400 more than it would have if the right questions had been asked early enough to shape the day instead of rescue it.

That experience was a stark reminder: the consequences can be serious, and timing matters. You deserve advice that’s 100% in your best interest from an independent expert.

What We Do for You

Our job is to:

  • Ask the right questions early so you make the smart choice the first time
  • Pressure-test recommendations and vendor plans
  • Spec the right products and logistics
  • Build a planning timeline that works in real life
  • Catch what you didn’t know to watch out for

With modern tools, we can deliver high-touch support from anywhere—so you can choose vendors and products based on fit and proven capability, not pay-to-play dynamics that elevate the wrong options while keeping truly qualified vendors out of view.

Most importantly, we protect your plan (and your budget) from expensive, stressful missteps—so you can stay fully immersed in the day itself.

If you’re planning outdoors because it feels more like you, you’re our kind of people. I built WeddHead for you.
