Good Guidance Costs Less than Regret
Outdoor weddings are worth the extra effort—they create atmosphere indoor venues can’t replicate, especially when the setting already means something. Done well, it feels effortless: a once-in-a-lifetime gathering that could only happen there.
A full-service planner with our level of outdoor experience costs five figures. Most couples don’t need that—but they do need the right guidance early, because missed details can get expensive fast.
WeddHead helps you get the beauty without the chaos: smarter choices the first time, money spent where it matters, and a plan that protects your peace of mind—so you’re present on the day, not troubleshooting.

Property Audit
Outdoor Feasibility • Site Safety • Early Strategy
Before you commit to hosting outdoors—or fall in love with a property—you need to know whether the land can actually support the experience you’re imagining. Most outdoor-wedding mistakes trace back to decisions made before the real constraints were known. The Property Audit solves that.
It’s a calm, expert evaluation of whether the site can safely and realistically host your guest count, logistics, and flow… and what would need to change if it can’t as-is.
This is the step that protects your budget, your peace of mind, and your timeline.
What You’ll Walk Away With
- A clear Go / No-Go (or best-site recommendation if comparing multiple properties)
- High-level zone direction: where ceremony, cocktail, reception, catering, restrooms, and parking want to live
- Feasibility findings across:
-parking + guest arrival
-access for trucks + vendors
-topography, slope, drainage
-safety considerations (ruts, uneven ground, wet areas)
-utilities + safe placement (where using power/water is feasible)
-weather exposure + Plan B realities - A personalized Next-Steps Roadmap so you know exactly what to do next—whether the answer is yes, no, or “yes, with adjustments”
What This Does for You
- Helps you choose the right property
- Helps you avoid expensive mistakes
- Clarifies what’s realistic for your site and guest count
- Gives you direction early, before booking vendors or buying things that won’t work

+ Outdoor Build Blueprint
Property Audit included + Outdoor Feasibility • Site Safety • Early Strategy
Once feasibility is confirmed, the Outdoor Build Blueprint turns your site into a real, workable plan. This is where vision meets logistics—where every major element gets placed intentionally, flow is optimized, and vendors finally have one clear document to follow. It’s the difference between “we think this will work” and “everyone knows exactly what to do.”
This is the step that makes install week calm, organized, and predictable.
What You’ll Walk Away With
A vendor-ready Build Blueprint PDF
A polished site plan showing the recommended placement for:
- ceremony
- cocktail hour
- reception layout
- catering & back-of-house
- restrooms
- parking
- guest arrival path
- vendor access & staging
Everything is shaped by your vision and the property’s actual constraints.
Tent + Structure Placement That Actually Works
Not just “here’s where the tent goes”—but the correct size, type, orientation, spacing, and access that keep setup smooth and protect your property.
Access + Staging Plan
Where trucks will approach, turn, unload, stage, and work—in the correct order, without causing bottlenecks or damaging the grounds.
Power Planning (Planning Level)
Priority areas that require power, where power should come from, and confirmation of sufficient on-site electrical circuits and receptacles or generator rental specs (if needed).
You’ll know what’s necessary early—before quotes or layouts get off track.
Lighting Priorities
Where safety lighting is essential, and where ambience lighting makes the biggest impact for warmth, visibility, and photography.
Risk-Point Identification + Prevention Steps
We flag the outdoor-event issues that cause 11th-hour headaches and tell you exactly how to prevent them.
Working Session (45 minutes)
We walk through the Blueprint together, lock decisions, refine details, and ensure every vendor will be aligned around the same plan.
What This Does for You
- Ends layout and flow guesswork with proper sizing and spacing
- Prevents expensive mistakes during setup for a plan that works in real life with a Plan B built in for weather
- Gives every vendor a unified plan eliminating duplicate work or conflicting vendor assumptions
- Protects your property while making install easier for your vendors (which saves you!)
- Let's you go into the day relaxed so you enjoy the final hours rather than fielding calls like command central
Built on Your Property Audit
Your full Property Audit (Reality Check) is included—so every recommendation is anchored in feasibility, safety, access, and real-world site conditions.
Upgrade-Friendly Pathway
If you add Interior Design within 14 days of receiving your Blueprint, we’ll honor the bundled pricing and apply your Blueprint/Audit payment toward the combined package. You never pay twice for the same foundation.
Interior (& Exterior) Design
Design Direction + Cohesive Aesthetic Blueprint
Indoor inspiration falls apart outside — light colors shift, textures read differently, wind changes what works, and the landscape has a visual voice of its own. Outdoor weddings need design that’s intentionally built around the setting, the season, the tent, and the flow of the day.
Interior Design turns your space into an experience — one that feels thoughtful, elevated, cohesive, and unmistakably “you.”
This service is intentionally structured on top of the Property Audit and Outdoor Build Blueprint, because the most beautiful design only works when it fits the infrastructure beneath it. (You can book it on its own, but almost everyone who chooses design decides to add at least the Build Blueprint once they see how the pieces connect.)
What You’ll Walk Away With
A complete, customized aesthetic plan that transforms your space into a cohesive and elevated experience:
• Your Signature Design Direction
A curated, coherent style profile built around your setting, light conditions, season, and personal taste — not Pinterest noise or copy-and-paste trends.
• A Layer-by-Layer Styling Plan
Breakdown of every design layer, including:
– Tabletop styling (linens, textures, finishes, florals)
– Lighting + ambiance
– Tent accents and structural enhancements
– Ceremony + cocktail zone cohesion
– Pathway + transition moments
– Focal points that photograph beautifully
• Your Event Aesthetic Blueprint PDF
A polished, vendor-ready guide that keeps every decision aligned — color palette, materials, lighting plan, ambiance elements, and the exact look/feel of each major zone.
• Cohesive Vendor Communication
Clear visuals + notes vendors can follow easily, so you don’t become the middleman explaining “the vibe” a dozen times.
• RSVP-Responsive Adjustments
Smart design that adapts gracefully to guest-count changes without breaking the overall aesthetic.
Why Most Couples Add the Audit + Blueprint First
Design is only as good as the structure it’s built on.
The Property Audit ensures the land can safely and realistically support the event.
The Outdoor Build Blueprint ensures the layout, flow, utilities, and infrastructure won’t work against the design you’re investing in.
Interior Design becomes effortless and impactful when those two parts are already handled — it’s how we create something grounded, gorgeous, and guaranteed to work.
But if you want design alone, you can. We’ll simply focus on the elements you already know are stable.
Perfect For
- Couples who want their wedding to be an extension of who they are
- Outdoor events where linens, lighting, and layout need to be designed around nature
- Couples overwhelmed by inconsistent inspiration and need one clean, unified vision
